Overhead Crane Parts | EOT Crane Parts

Overhead crane components:
1. Overhead crane mechanical parts: Including three mechanisms namely the lifting mechanism, trolley traveling mechanism and crane traveling mechanism. Hoisting mechanism is used for vertically lifting, trolley traveling mechanism is used for laterally move with load; crane traveling mechanism used for the lifting trolley and the items longitudinal move, in order to achieve handling, loading and unloading in a three-dimensional space.
2. Overhead crane metal structure part: consist of bridge and trolley.
3. Overhead crane electrical parts: consists of the electrical equipment and electrical lines.

EOT crane parts:
1. EOT crane bridge frame: consists of two main beams, two end beams, walkway, railings and other component parts. Its structure including two: box type overhead crane and truss type overhead crane.
2. EOT crane traveling mechanism: consists of motor, brake, reducer, coupling, transmission shaft, angle bearing box, wheels and other component parts.
3. Lifting trolley: consists of trolley frame, lifting mechanism and trolley traveling mechanism.
4. EOT crane lifting mechanism: consists of motor, brake, drive shaft, coupling, reducer, drum, fixed pulley block, wire rope and other component parts. Include single brake and double brake.
5. EOT crane driver’s cabin: the crane operator work place. Inside equipped with control device (linkage or cam controller), power protection box, signal equipment and lighting device. Only after the cabin door closed, the crane can start (limit protection). This prevents causing injury when crane start traveling while there was someone working on the crane or operator have not entered the cabin.
